It includes care of mother and baby care basics, items needed, home and environmental safety, family planning, adjusting to your new life, baby blues and postpartum mood disorders. A pediatrician guest speaker will present a slide show with up-to-date education of newborn normals and be available to answer questions. Please note that Logan Health is dedicated to the care of you and your baby; not just prenatally and during labor, but ALSO after you have gone home. Support Through All Stages of Labor – May 4, 2026

We will discuss the three stages especially the three phases of stage 1 – early, active and transition along with support that can be offered during each stage. Come in comfortable clothes ready to try different positions for labor. Techniques for relaxation will also be discussed. Bring a notepad to jot down memorable notes and of course your favorite Labor Support Coach! No registration is required. For questions, please email jcrockett@logan.org.
