Join us for a 12-month program focusing on eating healthy, being active, self-monitoring, problem-solving, managing stress, changing your lifestyle, staying motivated and being positive. Participants will receive a 6-month membership to Logan Health Fitness Center. Weekly classes start Tuesday, April 21, at 5:30 p.m. at Logan Health Fitness Center. First Year Friends is a weekly baby group hosted by the Logan Health – Medical Center Mom/Baby Clinic that offers information, support and encouragement to all families with new babies! It provides a space for new parents to meet and for babies to have a play date. There is feeding assistance, weight checks and nutritional guidance available from the lactation nurses who facilitate. This group is intended for newborns through their first year of life. No registration is required. Drop in anytime!
