Learn how to throw your very own pottery! This one-time class is perfect for those who have never tried the pottery wheel before, or for those looking for a refresher. In this two-hour workshop, students will learn how to create handmade pottery on the pottery wheel - items like bowls and cups. Students will be able to keep one of their completed pieces and will be notified once their piece is ready to be picked up (3-4 weeks after class). No prior experience required! This hands-on, two-hour class is designed for aspiring and existing enthusiasts interested in creating all-natural cold process soap. Students will learn how to safely and confidently make soap from scratch using quality natural oils, lye, and water, with a focus on ingredient selection for clean, effective, and beautiful soaps. The class covers essential soap making theory, proper safety procedures, and beginner-friendly formulations that can be scaled for small-batch production. Participants will also explore natural colorants, fragrance oils, and additives commonly used in all-natural bath and body products.
